Steve Dulin is the Executive director of Kingdom Business Leaders, a founding elder at Gateway Church, and a highly successful businessman. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Rice University in 1982 and founded Milestone Construction, an interior finish-out company, in 1990. As Steve ran the business according to Biblical principles, it quickly grew to become one of the most successful construction companies in Dallas, TX. During that time, he built a successful team and company culture of excellence that focused on results, developed personnel, and added significant value and impact to customers.
Steve served as owner and president of Milestone Construction for 20 years, then sold the company in 2010 to devote his time to ministering to Christian business leaders. As a businessperson and the founder of a non-profit organization, MasterPlan Business Ministries, Steve has consulted, taught, and trained thousands of business leaders throughout the world to run their businesses God's way.
In 2013, the elders of Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, with a weekend attendance of over 30,000, asked Steve to start a ministry to support, equip, and disciple their business leaders. After much prayer, Steve agreed and founded Gateway Business Leaders. By 2017, Steve had developed the ministry into the most comprehensive church-based program in the world dedicated to discipling business leaders and equipping them for accelerated success in the marketplace.
Today, the ministry, now named KingdomBusiness Leaders, is expanding across the world. The program has proven to be an effective way for churches to build the kingdom and influence the marketplace as they equip Christian business leaders to reach their God-given destinies.
Steve and his wife, Melody, have been happily married for over forty years and are blessed with two daughters, a son-in-law, and three wonderful grandchildren.
